    Nope! Applying is free. No hidden fees—just secure your spot stress-free.

    How soon can I move in?

    We’re welcoming our first full batch of residents on September 1, 2026—perfect timing for the school year. Reserve your unit now to lock in your spot.

    How close is Queen’s University and downtown?

    You’re less than 150 m from Queen’s ARC. Walk to class in minutes. Downtown shops, restaurants, and nightlife are an easy stroll away.

    What utilities are included?

    Trash service is included in your rent. Water, gas, electricity, and internet are not included and are separately sub-metered for each unit, so you’ll only pay for what you use. Choose your own internet provider and plan to fit your needs.

    Do I need renters insurance?

    Yes. It’s required before move-in and protects you and your stuff.

    How long is the lease?

    For our first year of occupancy, we’re offering 8-month leases from September 1 to April 30—perfect for the academic year. After that, our standard leasing cycle is May 1 to April 30. Renewals are easy if you want to stay longer.
